Mr. Dietrich has over 40 years of operational and financial management experience as a senior executive in global manufacturing companies serving industrial and commercial sectors in Agricultural, Automotive, Electrical, Chemical, Energy, and Defense and Government; with leadership positions in the Fortune 500 companies of Allis-Chalmers, Rockwell International and Borg-Warner. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University/Walton School of Commerce.
