Clyde Swoger Bio

Mr. Swoger is co-founder of ICP. He initiated his private equity experience as a senior operating consultant for SAC Private Capital Group before going to work with Mr. Feraco for 20 years at two of the Fortune 200 companies as a corporate officer. During a 27 year career he has been an executive team member in 28 acquisitions, five major turnarounds, one NASDAQ IPO and leader in all post-acquisition integrations. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and an MBA.
