Nathan Edgerly Bio

Nate is the Chief Financial Officer of IMC, where he focuses on various aspects of the company's finance and operations. Prior to joining IMC in 2015, Nate was the Chief Operating Officer of Morehead Capital. Before joining Morehead Capital as a partner in 2009, Nate worked for seven years in the Private Client Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in Charlotte, North Carolina where he served some of the southeast's most well-respected private businesses across a variety of industries. Nate serves on the board of directors of three of IMC’s operating companies: Arcadia Beverage, Fleet Feet and IDOC. Nate holds a Master of Accounting from Kenan-Flagler Business School and an undergraduate degree in philosophy from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Nate is a certified public accountant licensed in North Carolina. He lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with his wife Claire and two kids, Clementine and Ivy.
