Robert Toan Bio

Robert Toan is the Chief Executive Officer of WCP. Before joining WCP, he was a partner in the New York based law firm of Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, specializing in international taxation, financial transactions and cross-border leasing. From 1979 to 1998, Mr. Toan was a partner of the international law firm of Baker & McKenzie, specializing in international taxation and cross-border transactions. Mr. Toan is the author of numerous articles on international taxation and speaks widely on international taxation and speaks widely on international taxation and financial topics. He is a member of the Editorial Supervisory Board of International Tax Journal. Mr. Toan received his JD and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University Law School.
