Jake Crismon Bio

Jake Crismon is a Principal of Integrity Growth Partners and serves as a board observer at Eon and MBS Highway. He is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies, and deal execution. Prior to joining Integrity in 2018, Jake was a Senior Associate at Kayne Partners Fund (growth equity strategy), where he worked on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company monitoring support. During Jake’s tenure at Kayne, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Azalea Health and Proficio. Before joining Kayne Partners Fund in 2015, Jake was a senior manager of business development at a leading electronic health record (EHR) system based in San Francisco. Jake graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from Santa Clara University. Outside of the office, Jake enjoys spending time with his wife, Shally and playing golf. Also, as a native of Southern California, Jake is a loyal Los Angeles Lakers fan.
