Steven Cohen Bio

Steven Cohen is a Managing Director of InTandem Capital. Prior to joining InTandem, he was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Clayton Holdings, LLC. Mr. Cohen was a leader in Clayton Holdings successful IPO and subsequent going private transaction which brought the company back to private equity ownership. Mr. Cohen has significant experience in a broad range of legal and regulatory issues including advising senior management on legal and business issues, managing contracting and M&A activities, overseeing corporate compliance and governance initiatives, and defending and pursuing commercial disputes. Previously, Mr. Cohen served as General Counsel in two companies led by Elliot Cooperstone. Mr. Cohen received a Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School and a MBA in marketing from New York University- Stern School of Business.
