Pamela Romas Applefeld is a Managing Director of InTandem Capital. Before InTandem, she was a Senior Vice President of PineBridge Investment’s Structured Capital team. At PineBridge she was responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing private equity and subordinated debt investments. Earlier, she worked at Emigrant Capital/FriedbergMilstein, investing in leveraged buyouts and growth equity. She also held associate roles at TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm, and at JPMorgan Chase in its Financial Sponsors Group. Ms. Applefeld received a BA in Government from Cornell University’s College of Arts & Sciences, with a concentration in International Relations, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
