Isabelle joined Insight in 2020 as a Senior Associate on the Investor Relations team. Prior to joining Insight, Isabelle was the Chief of Staff to the Global COO & CFO at L Catterton where she executed on strategic projects impacting the firm globally. Isabelle began her career at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients in the technology and healthcare industries, covering functional topics including M&A, service operations, and digital strategy. Isabelle graduated from Duke University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
