Marc Dagousset Bio

Marc joined Initiative & Finance in 2006 as an analyst, after working in financial auditing at PwC and private equity at CDC Entreprises (now Bpifrance). He has been Business Development Director since 2007. Marc was involved in the MBI of Fil Rouge, a specialist in trade marketing at local points of sale, and the OBO of Valtus, the French market leader and European number 2 in transition management. Marc manages proprietary deal flow, especially for Initiative & Finance portfolio companies, to assist in their external growth projects. He has contributed to the strategies and build-ups of numerous portfolio companies, including EPSA (operational consulting), Fermatic (installation and maintenance of automatic doors) and Primelis (natural referencing – SEO). Marc is an HEC graduate.
