Mark joined Infracapital when it was founded in 2005. Mark has over 25 years’ experience across infrastructure M&A, project finance, investment and financial marketsMark is a member of the Infracapital Investment Committee and the Investment & Steering Committee of IMPPP.Mark was previously in Ernst & Young’s Infrastructure Finance team where he was a financial advisor on infrastructure projects and transactions across sectors including airports, ports, roads, hospitals, prisons and secondary market PFI transactions. Prior to this Mark worked in JP Morgan’s fixed income derivatives team and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 1997.Mark has an honours degree in Mathematics from Warwick University and is authorised to undertake investment activities by M&G under the Certification Regime.
