Christopher joined Infracapital in 2014 and has over 13 years experience in transactionsChristopher joined Infracapital in 2014 and is a member of the legal team. He has extensive experience of infrastructure transactions, with a particular focus on M&A. His work includes transaction execution with the Greenfield and Brownfield transaction teams, ongoing legal support in relation to the portfolio assets of the business and managing external legal relationships.Prior to joining Infracapital, Christopher was an infrastructure and projects lawyer at Hogan Lovells in London, having joined in 2007. Christopher is a solicitor and holds a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.He is authorised to undertake investment activities by M&G under the Certification Regime.
