Martin Fagerlund Bio

Martin Fagerlund joined Impilo in 2019 and is member of the firm’s investment committtee. Martin graduated with a LL.M in Law and a B.B.A in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University in 2006. Prior to joining Impilo, Martin successfully co-founded and managed a boutique business law firm specializing in M&A and investments between 2016 and 2018. Martin also worked as a lawyer at Mannheimer Swartling between 2006 and 2015 (with secondments at Altor Equity Partners and at Ericsson (M&A Department) during one year, respectively).li
