Phil Williams Bio

Phil is a Director in the Infrastructure Investments team. He is based in Sydney and has been with the business since 1998. Phil is the Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for the Global Diversified Infrastructure Fund’s operational management, performance and investment implementation. Phil also has the responsibility for the infrastructure treasury team. Phil has over 25 years of experience in unlisted infrastructure and corporate finance including restructures, fund structuring, product development and infrastructure fund management and he has been involved in the acquisition of infrastructure assets valued in excess of A$4 billion. Phil has acted as director representative on the Boards of Metro Transport Sydney, Alice to Darwin Railway, Healthcare Support (Newham) Limited and as an alternate director of Perth Airport and Bankstown and Camden Airports.
