Ryan O'Connor Bio

Mr. O'Connor is a Vice President at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2017, Mr. O'Connor worked as a Reservoir Engineering Advisor at Energy XXI (“EXXI”), where he primarily focused on offshore Gulf of Mexico assets. Prior to joining Energy XXI, Mr. O'Connor was a Reservoir, Production, and Drilling Engineer with El Paso Exploration and Production, where he focused on various conventional and unconventional assets throughout the U.S. Mr. O'Connor holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Texas Licensed Professional Engineer.
