Ryan Burrell Bio

Mr. Burrell is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2010, Mr. Burrell was an Assistant Vice President at Stanfield Capital Partners, a leading asset manager of Alternative Fixed Income Strategies concentrating on non-investment grade loans. During his seven years at Stanfield, Mr. Burrell served in various capacities, most recently as a Credit Analyst, where he was responsible for new issue and secondary trading investment recommendations across multiple sectors. Prior to Stanfield, Mr. Burrell spent two years at Citigroup in the U.S. Par and Distressed Loan Group. Mr. Burrell holds a BA from Boston University with a concentration in Economics.
