Mr. Knopman is a Managing Director at HPS Investment Partners. Prior to joining HPS in 2020, Mr. Knopman was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Performing Credit at Anchorage Capital Group, where he augmented the Firm’s Investment Grade and Crossover strategy. During his eight years at Anchorage, Mr. Knopman served in various capacities, including managing performing credit portfolios and as a Senior Credit Trader. Prior to Anchorage, Mr. Knopman was a Vice President in Investment Grade Credit Trading at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Knopman holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
