Gian Cavallini Bio

Gian Cavallini joined Holleway Capital Partners in 2018. Prior to joining Holleway, Gian served as Vice President of Strategy & Development for a telemedicine healthcare services provider where his responsibilities included new product development, corporate development, strategic partner relationships and legal matters. Previously, Gian acquired a majority interest in and served as President of a physician practice management company, and prior thereto was an investment banker and private equity investor. Throughout his career, Mr. Cavallini has worked closely with and advised entrepreneurs, executives and their boards of directors regarding strategic and general financial matters. Mr. Cavallini serves on the boards of several privately held companies. He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and his BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
