Guillaume began his career in the packaging division of the Pechiney Group as an internal auditor in North America and then a plant controller in Brazil. He then worked as a consultant for almost 10 years in strategy within the Paris office of Bain & Company then in turnaround/improvement of operational performance at AlixPartners. He also worked for 2 years in private equity as Investment Director at Pechel. Before joining Hivest Capital, Guillaume was since 2014 co-founder and General Manager of Chorus a web agency specialized in supporting digital transformation, from the definition of a digital strategy to its operational execution.
