Sanjeev Phakey Bio

Sanjeev joined Hermes GPE in 2017 and has particular responsibility for the co-ordination of the EMEA investment team. He sits on the advisory boards of a number of European private equity funds. Previously he spent six years at USS where he was an investment manager in the private equity team, leading commitments to a number of buyout funds and co-investments globally across a range of sectors and strategies. Prior to USS he worked at UBS in M&A advisory, focusing on the consumer sector. He holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
