Tarek Maguid Bio

Tarek has 25 years of experience in public and private equity sponsored businesses. He has a long and established history in Aerospace and industrial businesses. Previously, Tarek was the COO for Vertiv, a $4.5B global data center technology / infrastructure company and BWAY, a US based packaging business. He was responsible for executing on global strategy, as well as driving operational and growth initiatives. Tarek was a Senior Advisor for TPG (a private equity firm with over $91B in AUM) focusing on managing and improving portfolio companies. Before TPG, Tarek held various COO and other executive positions throughout the US and UK in companies such as AlliedSignal, Honeywell, Textron, and Doncasters.
