Pete Tedesco Bio

Prior to joining HEP in 2015, Pete was a Vice President at Olympus Partners, a middle-market private equity firm managing over $5 billion. At Olympus, he was responsible for evaluating and executing leveraged buyout and growth equity transactions and served on the board of directors for companies across a variety of industries. Pete previously worked at Waud Capital Partners, where he focused primarily on investments in the healthcare services sector, and in the Corporate Business Development group at Becton Dickinson & Co. (NYSE: BDX). Pete began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Diversified Industrials groups at UBS Investment Bank. Pete serves as a director of AllyAlign Health and as a board observer of JET Health and Bardy Diagnostics. Pete holds an A.B. from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
