Kent McNellie Bio

Kent McNellie's background includes over 15 years of private equity investment and related experience. Prior to joining HBC in 2012, Mr. McNellie worked for Satori Capital, a Dallas-based private equity fund, and was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and other transaction-related activities. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. McNellie was a Senior Associate at Hunt Special Situations Group, a private equity affiliate of Hunt Oil. While at HSSG, Mr. McNellie was active in sourcing, executing and monitoring private equity investments. Mr. McNellie began his career as a summer analyst at Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division, and has held roles at Enron North America's Principal Investments Group, First Reserve Corporation, and Booz & Co. Mr. McNellie earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College, and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
