Sean Murphy Bio

Sean Murphy joined HP SCF in 2016. At HP SCF, he is responsible for sourcing and completing investments across all target industries, including the Consumer, Consumer Services and Healthcare Services sectors. Prior to joining HP SCF, Sean was a Managing Director with Angelo, Gordon & Co. where he spent nine years sourcing and completing private equity transactions in the Consumer / Retail, Business Services and Financial Services industries. Prior to Angelo, Gordon & Co., Sean was an Associate at Bear Growth Capital Partners, an affiliate of Bear Stearns Merchant Banking. He began his career as an Analyst at both Bear Growth Capital Partners and the investment banking division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.
