Lindsey Rongstad Bio

Ms. Rongstad joined the firm in 2013. As a Vice President in the Asset Management group, she is responsible for the strategic asset management, development, and disposition of the firm’s healthcare investments and manages multiple operating partner and health system relationships. Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Rongstad was an Asset Manager at GE Capital Real Estate, where she was responsible for all aspects of a closed loan, including property valuation, document review, implementing workout strategies and internal reporting. She also spent time as an Associate Director on the new business team, originating and underwriting new loan commitments for the niche real estate space. Ms. Rongstad received a BBA with a double major in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is an active member of Real Estate Finance Forum and the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
