Ted Dardani Bio

Ted is a founding Partner of Harkness Capital and an Investment Committee member. He has been an investor and worked with service businesses for over 25 years. Prior to Harkness Capital, he was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners (NY) and helped to lead investments in the Business and Financial Services group. He has been involved in investments in logistics, specialty financial services, BPO, education services, facilities management, rental services, consumer services and leasing/equipment rental. Prior to joining Oak Hill, he was a Principal at DB Capital Partners and from 1992-1996, a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Ted earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
