Jakub Art Bio

Jakub Art specializes in financing, reporting, financial modelling, implementation of IT tools, and asset management. As Vice President Finance at Griffin Capital Partners, Jakub is engaged in areas related to all the company’s investment platforms. He is responsible for financing, reporting, and implementation of IT tools, along with the asset management activities of the Group. Previously, as Head of Controlling and Reporting at the Capital Group Marvipol Development, he was responsible for budgeting, bank and bond financing, financial modelling, P&L and cash flow projections, as well as preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Prior to this, working as a senior manager in the Audit Department of Ernst & Young, Jakub was responsible for cooperation with, among others, Echo Investment, Skanska and CBRE Global Investors. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
