Hubert Rossa Bio

Hubert Rossa is a specialist in real estate investments. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Currently, he holds the position of Senior Vice President Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, where his main responsibility is day-to-day operations of European Logistics Investment BV (ELI), a dynamically developing logistics platform with a portfolio of high-quality logistics facilities in all the most attractive locations, offering excellent connectivity and value for businesses across Poland. He is responsible for the platform’s development, focusing primarily on identifying and executing new business opportunities as well as actively attracting potential investors. Hubert’s broad professional experience includes: the conducting of real estate transactions, the leasing of commercial space, and asset management. Before joining Griffin, Hubert worked for, among others, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Baltic Property Trust, and Knight Frank. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a post-graduate diploma in real estate valuation studies.
