Sean Gormley Bio

Prior to GreyLion, Mr. Gormley was a Senior Associate at PWP Growth Equity. Previously, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Perella Weinberg Partners. In this role, Mr. Gormley worked on a variety of M&A transactions for public and private corporate clients across several industries. Mr. Gormley earned a B.S. with Honors in Finance, Accountancy and Economics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
