John Pual Preston Bio

John-Paul is the Chief Legal Officer for Gresham House plc and responsible for acquisitions, operations and procedures across the growing Gresham group. John-Paul has an MBA from Columbia University, an MBA from London Business School, and a double degree in Law and Arts from Auckland University, with Honours in contract law. John-Paul joined Gresham House from LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, where he advised and negotiated over 100 private equity deals as Investment Director and General Counsel. Prior to LDC, John-Paul was legal counsel at Coutts & Co, and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, advising on corporate M&A.
