Mr. Laxman has over 35 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance besides having handled matters pertaining to BIFR, Mergers & Amalgamations, Revival & Restructuring schemes and Joint Ventures. He is also into start up investments and renders advisory services to not only entrepreneurs with respect to firming up of ideas, business strategy, fund raising, exits etc but to a number of individual investors looking at investing in high growth and quickly scalable ventures. He has worked in both private as well as public sector organizations with exposure in listed as well as unlisted companies before venturing into his own advisory services firm. During the last over 22 years’ experience in financial & management advisory services, he has had exposure to a large spectrum of industry sectors including Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Logistics, IT, Steel, Electronics, Sugar, Textiles, etc.
