Letti de Little is Chief Compliance Officer and brings over twelve years of private fund legal and compliance experience to Grain. Prior to joining the firm, Letti was the Chief Compliance Officer for Cartica Management, LLC, an emerging markets, ESG focused, private fund manager. Before Cartica, she was Corporate Counsel at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. where she provided coverage for alternative investments and private placements, capital markets, AML and the new products review process. Prior to Schwab, Letti was Corporate Counsel and Compliance Associate at Partner Fund Management, LP, a diversified hedge fund manager in San Francisco. Letti graduated from the University of Virginia, received her J.D. from Tulane Law School and is a member of the New York Bar.
