Nicole Hantman Bio

Nicole Hantman is a Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer at GIP. Ms. Hantman joined the Firm in 2021 and leads GIP’s Human Capital Management practice based in New York. Ms. Hantman is responsible for recruitment, talent and development, compensation and benefits, and oversees human capital on a global basis. Prior to joining GIP, Ms. Hantman worked at Apax Partners, most recently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources. Ms. Hantman began her career in campus recruitment at Lehman Brothers. Ms. Hantman holds a B.B.A in Marketing from The George Washington University. Ms. Hantman is the Co-Chair of the Private Equity Human Resources Network.
