Kate Simpson Bio

Kate is Legal Counsel (Director of Transactions), responsible for overseeing legal aspects of transaction structuring and execution. Previously, Kate was General Counsel at Campbell Lutyens and a partner in the private funds group at both Proskauer and Kirkland Ellis. Kate is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. Kate holds a law degree from the University of Sheffield.
