Jenefer is a HR Director at Glendower Capital responsible for supporting the Glendower employee lifecycle and value proposition, end-to-end including recruitment activities, employee benefits, policies & procedures, annual reviews as well as headcount planning and compensation. Prior to Glendower, Jenefer spent nearly three years at Globality Inc. responsible for the UK and Israel Offices where she was promoted to Director before her departure. Prior to this, Jenefer worked at McKinsey & Company in various HR Professional Development and business operations support roles across international locations. Jenefer holds a BSc in Sociology, Economics & Research Methods from the University of Surrey.
