Michael Fleschner Bio

Mr. Fleschner was previously an Associate with KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions execution support, financial modeling, and market research for the financial services sector. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Fleschner was an Analyst at St. Charles Capital, LLC, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and valuations for financial institutions. Mr. Fleschner has approximately five years of experience in the financial services sector including tenures with the Comptroller of the Currency and Office of Thrift Supervision. Mr. Fleschner holds an MSF from the University of Denver and a BA from Benedictine College.
