Lexi Wachter is a Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s strategy to advance environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts for its global operations and across its portfolio. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Lexi co-founded Bridge House Advisors where she supported clients as an ESG Business Advisor.
