Sam Smith Bio

Sam is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Sam serves as a Director of CENTEGIX, eDynamic Learning, NINJIO, Teachers of Tomorrow, and Schlesinger Group. Prior to attending business school, Sam was a Senior Associate at Gauge. Earlier in his career, Sam worked as an Analyst in the investment banking division of RBC Capital Markets in New York where he focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings for clients in the business services, automotive, and transportation sectors. Sam received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BBA in finance and economics from Baylor University.
