Sam is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Sam serves as a Director of Pediatric Dental Providers, American Nuts and Chaac Foods. Prior to joining Gauge, Sam was an Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners, where he completed middle market private equity investments in the business services and consumer services industries. Earlier in his career, Sam worked at Bain & Company in both the Dallas and Houston offices, assisting clients in the energy, technology, and transportation sectors. Sam received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS and BA in chemical engineering and managerial studies, respectively, from Rice University.
