Reid Barnett Bio

Reid is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Reid currently serves on the boards of TVC Pro-Driver and irth Solutions. Prior to joining Gauge, Reid was an Associate at the Carlyle Group. Earlier in his career, Reid worked in the investment banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity offerings for clients. Reid received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his BS in mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.
