Jim Ducharme Bio

Jim is an Operating Partner at Gauge Capital, where he focuses on healthcare investments. Outside of Gauge, Jim is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prime Therapeutics, the fourth largest pharmacy benefit manager in the US with over $16 billion in revenues and 28 million members. Prior to Prime Therapeutics, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, a provider of health benefit plans, programs, and services to more than 3 million customers in New England. Jim earned an MBA from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in political science and government from Dickinson College.
