Glenn Walthall Bio

Glenn Walthall serves as the Firm’s Chief Investment Officer. His career spans twenty-five years as a financial industry consultant (Broadway and Seymour), retail bank executive (First Union Securities and Bank of America), and investment banker. Prior to joining Gaston Capital, Glenn co-founded Ware River Advisors, LLC (formerly Navigera), an investment banking firm where he was responsible for arranging growth equity and debt capital and providing M&A advisory services to lower middle market companies across the United States. His industry transaction experience covers areas including financial services, business services, light industrial and manufacturing, information technology and healthcare.
