Francesco Bernocchi Bio

Francesco Bernocchi joined FSI in 2017 after 4 years spent at Fondo Strategico Italiano as Associate of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Office. Previously, he worked at Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners law firm on a number of M&A and Private Equity transactions. He became a lawyer in 2011 and has a Master of Science cum laude in Law from Bocconi University, Milan. He is a fellow of the 49th Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas.
