Lance Graber Bio

Mr. Graber has 25 years of real estate experience, and has completed more than $18 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. At FrontRange, he has primary responsibility for identifying, evaluating, and structuring real estate investment opportunities. Prior to co-founding FrontRange, Mr. Graber was Executive Vice President and Co-Head of Transactions and Asset Management at AIMCO. While with AIMCO, Mr. Graber completed approximately $8 billion of multifamily transactions. Prior to joining AIMCO, Mr. Graber held several positions at Credit Suisse First Boston ("CSFB") including Vice President in Real Estate Investment Banking and Director with the firm's Principal Transactions Group. While at CSFB, Mr. Graber completed more than $10 billion of real estate transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cottonwood Residential and Boulder Creek Neighborhoods. Mr. Graber earned a Master in Business Administration in 1988 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1983 from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
