Steve Bailey Bio

Steve joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in June 2003 as Director of Finance, became Vice President of Finance in 2005, Chief Financial Officer in 2007, and Partner in 2013. He manages the firm's accounting, treasury, and finance operations. Steve has over 30 years of tax, accounting, and financial experience. Prior to joining Frazier, he was the Vice President of Finance at LapLink Inc. Prior to LapLink, he held finance and corporate development positions with Elixis Corporations and its successor, Data Critical Corporation. He was also previously a Senior Manager in the tax department at Ernst & Young LLP in Seattle.
