Philip Zaorski Bio

Phil joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2012 and is currently a Partner on the Growth Buyout investment team. He serves on the boards of SunMed, CSafe Global, and CPS Solutions. In addition, Phil is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies, including Orthotic Holdings, Inc., Northfield Medical (acquired by Agiliti, Inc.), DSI Renal (merged with U.S. Renal Care and ultimately acquired by Bain Capital), The CORE Institute (acquired by Audax Group and Linden Capital Partners), Golden State Medical Supply (acquired by Court Square Capital Partners) and Solis Mammography (acquired by Madison Dearborn Partners). Prior to Frazier, Phil was an Analyst with RBC Capital Markets, where he worked on a variety of engagements, including mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance. Phil holds a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
