Kent Berkley Bio

Kent joined the Growth Buyout team at Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2016. He is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies, including Caravel Autism Health, Effective School Solutions, Matrix Medical Network, and Parata Systems (acquired by BD (NYSE: BDX)). Before coming to Frazier, Kent spent four years with The Edgewater Funds, where he focused on leveraged buyout and growth equity investments in the healthcare, industrial, and business services industries. Prior to joining Edgewater, Kent was an Associate with CIVC Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the business services and financial services industries. Previously, he worked for Dresner Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm in Chicago, and for Lehman Brothers in the investment banking division in New York. Kent holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
