35 years of experience in the food industry in operational functions of sales and general management at Vandemoortele and Unilever (Boursin, Puget, Fruit d'or…). Olivier chairs Bénédicta on the occasion of his first LBO with Equistone and Abenex then Ardian and Capzanine. He took over Marco Polo Foods in MBI alongside European Capital.
