Mr. Hoesley joined Fidus Capital, LLC, the predecessor firm to our investment advisor, in 2008. Prior to joining Fidus, he graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of arts degree in politics, philosophy and economics. Previously, Mr. Hoesley worked as a summer intern at Guggenheim Partners in New York with the investment management group.
