Susan Burton Bio

As Project Director within the Infrastructure Asset Management team, Susan Burton is responsible for providing oversight of development, construction, and operation of select Fengate power generation assets. Prior to joining Fengate, Susan was a senior planner in the Market Renewal Program at the Independent Electricity System Operator, where she contributed to the redesign of Ontario’s energy market. She also worked as a resource planning engineer at BC Hydro for over 7 years, where she was involved with mid and long term resource planning. Susan holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia, a Master of Applied Science from the University of Victoria, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of British Columbia. She holds her Professional Engineer designation with Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
