Tahir Muzaffar Bio

Tahir Muzaffar is an International Director at Fajr Capital and Head of IT and Strategic Projects at Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam. Prior to this role, he was a Senior Vice President - IT Transformation and Portfolio Management at Al Hilal Bank. Prior to that, he was an International Director at Fajr Capital on full-time secondment to Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) as an O&T Advisor. He was previously the Regional Head of Cards Technology for Emerging Markets at Barclays Dubai, where he led multi-disciplinary teams for new card implementations and supported Card issuing and acquiring platforms from IT and Operations perspectives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Texas at Arlington.
